Commercial Drywall Project Manager

We are looking a Commercial Division Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career. This Project Manager will be a passionate problem solver that acts with integrity and holds their self and others to the highest standard. ADP has been in the drywall business since 1992 serving the hospitality industry, the residential markets, and commercial customers. Since our inception we have done a significant number of hotels, apartments, condominiums, student housing, assisted living projects, and residential homes for both production builders and custom builders. We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager, who is passionate about the construction process to join our Indianapolis, Indiana team. We range in projects of all sizes and scales. Responsibilities: Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a project. Including, estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation Ensure an accurate and complete project estimate. Participate in scope review meetings with our clients to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, and provide value engineering ideas. Oversee the buyout process and the selection of subcontractors. Make sound decisions under tight deadlines. Organize, plan, and manage multiple projects to accomplish desired results. Commit to quality by evaluating project-related processes. Make necessary changes, use customer input to make improvements, and meet/exceed internal and external client expectation. Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and other associates, while maintaining a constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations Necessary Qualifications: BS in Construction, Engineering, Architecture or related field/ Or 10 years of Commercial Drywall Construction experience Understanding of Metal Stud framing Installation Understanding of Acoustical Ceiling Systems Understanding of Drywall Installation Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, Procore, and OST Takeoff Software #J-18808-Ljbffr Associated Drywall Partners
