Entry Level Project Coordinator

This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy organizing tasks, coordinating projects, and working collaboratively with different teams to ensure successful project execution. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and exciting opportunities for career advancement. Responsibilities * Assist with planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities from initiation through completion.
* Maintain project schedules, timelines, and task assignments.
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to supervisors.
* Organize and maintain project files, documentation, and reports.
* Communicate with internal departments to ensure project milestones are met. Minimum requirements:
Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
* Previous administrative, coordination, or office experience is helpful but not required.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
