Ease Mortgage is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Mortgage Team Lead who can close loans, develop people, and turn individual wins into team results.

The Role

This isn’t a desk job managing someone else’s pipeline. You’ll keep growing your own production while you recruit, coach, and lead a team of loan officers. You’ll have our platform, technology, and operations team behind you, and a real voice in shaping how a growing mortgage company runs.

What You’ll Do

• Lead from the front. Keep producing and set the standard for performance, professionalism, and borrower service.
• Build the team. Recruit, develop, and retain motivated loan officers who want to grow their business.
• Coach for results. Help your team sharpen their sales skills, generate new business, convert more opportunities, and close consistently.
• Own team performance. Set clear goals, track production, and build a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Put our tools to work. Use Ease Mortgage’s technology and operational support to make the process faster for borrowers and loan officers alike.
• Find new growth. Spot opportunities to expand production, improve conversion, and increase your team’s impact.
• Protect the borrower experience. Make sure every client gets clear communication, honest guidance, and support from application to closing.

What You Bring

• Active NMLS license (required)
• A proven track record of originating and closing mortgage loans
• Leadership, mentoring, recruiting, or team building experience (preferred)
• Strong sales skills and the ability to build relationships and generate business
• A competitive, goal driven mindset
• The ability to coach, motivate, and hold people accountable while leading by example
• An entrepreneurial attitude and a commitment to ethical lending
