This position will lead a group of Business Systems Analysts and will focus on delivering exceptional IT capabilities to support the current and future needs of the Customer Operations and Service organizations. The incumbent will work directly with business leaders and users, manage and support Oracle E-Business Suite modules and integrations with other enterprise applications. This role needs to have a broad range of technical and functional knowledge, with a good blend of problem solving and communication skills; ability to align regional requirements with global templates and deliver solution architectures across multiple projects.Responsibilities:Business SystemsDevelops and manages to budgets, schedules and performance standards, tracking accountability of team to objectivesWorks collaboratively, effectively, and efficiently with stakeholders to ensure alignment and prioritization of goals and resources across multiple stakeholders, project priorities, and organizational initiativesManages relationships with software vendors and influences their product roadmapImplement IT solutions to support functional initiatives and provide on-going systems supportResponsible for Order Management, Pricing, Asset Tracking, and Service solution architectureManage internal and external application support escalation processesResponsible for Level 3 support on assigned enterprise systemsIdentifies and develops performance metrics that support team goals and ensures client satisfactionPerform other duties as assignedLeadership & People ManagementManages a group of Business Systems Analysts, including hiring, work plan development, performance management, and people developmentPerform general management responsibilities such as hiring, performance management, performance reviews, individual development activities, etc.Monitor team performance against department standards, and ensure that these standards are consistently met or exceededAssisting in disciplinary decisions and actionAct as escalation point for issues and provides leadership and guidance to teamProvide necessary work direction and manage projects effectively through planning, organization and project managementProviding adequate documentation and training to warehouse personnelInterpreting company policies to employees and enforcing safety regulationsQualifications:Basic QualificationsB.S. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field5+ years of Business Analyst experience working in Oracle ERP and designing global solutions5+ years of hands on experience in Oracle Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Installed Base, and Service Contracts modules2+ years of supervisory experience and managing IT projectsAbility to juggle competing demands and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detailExperience with Agile & Waterfall software development processesStrong customer orientation and commitment to quality Proven written and verbal communications skillsMust be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for USUp to 10% travel may be requiredPreferred QualificationsOracle Field Service experience is preferred, but not requiredKnowledge of project management tools and techniquesExperience supporting a global client baseCreation and implementation of new standards and proceduresKnowledge of SQL or PL/SQL toolsAt Entrust, we don’t just offer jobs – we offer career journeys. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan.
