This role will be situated within our Detox Center, providing essential mental and emotional support to clients during their recovery journey. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Heritage Behavioral Health, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to understand client needs and develop tailored therapy approaches.

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy, focused on client presenting problems and goals.
\n
• Creating integrated care plans that ensure coordinated access to necessary services, while maintaining open communication with clients, their families, and other service providers.

• Participating actively in treatment team meetings and contributing your professional insights to improve service delivery and client care.
\n
• Assisting with crisis intervention tactics and being available for on-call situations during and after program hours as necessary.
\n
• Monitoring client progress and ensuring treatment plans are adapted as needed for optimal outcomes.

• Documenting client interactions thoroughly, submitting data reports promptly, and maintaining compliance with organizational guidelines and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will be supporting primarily consist of individuals struggling with substance use issues and mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for the LCSW position will have:

Compensation and Benefits\n

Heritage Behavioral Health offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and education.
