Child and Adolescent Outpatient Psychiatrist - Flexible Schedule, No Night Call - Madison, WI

SSM Health is seeking a Child& Adolescent Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our highly collaborative and well-established Behavioral Health team in Madison, Wisconsin. This is an exceptional opportunity to build a rewarding outpatient practice with flexibility, strong system support, and a team culture that clinicians appreciate.

Our Behavioral Health department includes:

• 12 Psychiatrists (10 adult/child psychiatrists and 6 APNPs)

• 35+ Psychotherapists (Master's Therapists and Psychologists)

• A supportive, multidisciplinary environment designed for excellent patient care

Position Highlights:

• 4–5 day flexible workweek (full-time)

• 32 patient contact hours (full-time)

• Flexible FTE: 80–100%

• No nightly call; Telepsych covers 5 p.m.–8 a.m.

• Hybrid model with in-person and virtual options

• Night call rotation every 16–18 days (primarily weeknights)

• Rotational weekend inpatient rounding with additional stipend

• Outreach opportunities available

• Generous sign-on bonus

• Medication management-focused outpatient practice

• Dedicated Child& Adolescent patient population

Requirements:

• M.D. or D.O.

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry

• Fellowship training in Child& Adolescent Psychiatry

• Active and unrestricted WI license (or eligibility)

• Active and unrestricted DEA
