$50,000 Base Salary with Uncapped Commission | $80,000-$120,000+ Earning Potential

Our established and successful State Farm insurance and financial services agency is looking for a motivated producer to join our growing team. Whether you're just starting your career or bringing previous sales experience, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

Insurance experience is not required. However, candidates who currently hold-or are actively pursuing-Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses are strongly preferred.

What You'll Do

• Identify insurance and financial service needs through consultative conversations
• Present customized insurance solutions
• Retain existing customers and generate new business through referrals, inbound opportunities, and marketing campaigns
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow-up process
• Achieve monthly sales goals while contributing to a collaborative team

Requirements

• Ability to obtain required Property & Casualty and Life & Health Georgia insurance licenses before hire or within an agreed upon timeframe
• Successfully pass state and federal background checks

Our office is located in South Forsyth. Evan Profeta has been a State Farm agent since 2005 and currently has 8 team members at his agency. His agency has received awards including Ambassador Travel, Chairman's Circle, Legion of Honor, Silver Scroll, and Bronze Tablet.

State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. Employees of State Farm agents are not employees of State Farm Insurance Companies. This position requires successful completion of applicable licensing requirements to solicit, market, and service State Farm insurance and financial services products. State Farm agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
