Job Description:

As an AI Operation Sales Enablement Manager, you are responsible for integrating AI technologies into sales enablement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, drive brand awareness, and improve product sell-out. This role focuses on managing the sales enablement mobile application, field incentive programs, and field execution tools, ensuring they are optimized with AI capabilities. The position serves as a central point of collaboration between internal teams, vendors, and field teams to deliver effective AI tools to drive sales and training.

Responsibilit ies:

• Utilizing AI to perform in-depth analysis of sales enablement program performance, including user engagement, tool effectiveness, and ROI.

• Develop and implement strategies to integrate AI technologies into the sales enablement mobile application and field tools.

• Collaborate with technology teams and vendors to optimize AI-driven features and functionalities.

• Monitor and analyze the impact of AI tools on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of AI-driven sales strategies

• Facilitate communication between the sales team and technical teams to address any challenges or feedback related to AI tools.

• Create user-friendly documentation, playbooks, and guides to support the sales team in effectively utilizing AI solutions.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education and Competencies:

• • Bachelor's degree in business management, Operations, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in operations management with a focus on automation and AI-driven workflows.

  • Proficiency in AI tools and platforms for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.

  • Strong understanding of Sales Enablement strategies and retail operations.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Experience in retail operations or Sales Enablement strategy within the technology or consumer electronics industry.

  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools for content creation and distribution.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with KPI reporting and performance analysis using AI analytics.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $50.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
