Deliver direct and consultative PT services to students ranging from elementary through transition programs. Train and support the use of positioning and mobility equipment. Collaborate with educators, therapists, reputed company, and paraprofessionals to maximize student participation. Maintain accurate and timely documentation including daily notes, progress reports, and goal updates. Travel between multiple school sites during the workweek to provide consistent care.Qualifications: Hold a Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT/DPT). Possess a valid Illinois Physical Therapy License. Experience in school-based physical therapy, including telehealth applications, is highly preferred. Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and adapt to varying school schedules. Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with educational team members.Work Schedule and Location: Full-time preferred; part-time may be considered. 37.5 billable hours per week. reputed company through Friday with starting times between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM, varying by school schedule.
