Part Time Assembler ,

The Assembler is responsible for assembling products, components, or subassemblies according to company specifications, quality standards, and production schedules. This position requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented manufacturing environment to ensure products are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• • Assemble products, components, and parts according to work instructions, blueprints, or assembly drawings.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
  • Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Report defective materials, equipment malfunctions, or quality concerns to supervisors.
  • Package completed products for shipping or transfer to the next production stage.
  • Maintain production records and complete required documentation accurately.
  • Perform basic testing or verification of assembled products when required.
  • Follow established production schedules and meet daily output goals.
  • Assist with inventory management by notifying supervisors of material shortages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and housekeeping standards.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality requirements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• • • High school diploma or GED preferred.
    • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
    • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
    • Ability to read and follow written instructions and assembly diagrams.
    • Basic math and measurement skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and quality.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday 8AM-2:30PM
