As a GM, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team in a renouned Cultural setting! Our ideal candidate has previous experience in a fine dining setting, as well as catering / events operational experience. Please be focused on high service standards, leading a team, and building and fostering a positive client relationship.What you'll be doing:Managing all functions of the restaurant and catered services.Manage and lead a team of associates, including hiring and training new employees. Ensuring that staff meet all culinary, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations. Budgeting for the department, including directly purchasing ingredients and ensuring the account meets all targets and forecasts. Conferring with the district manager or other departments regarding the technical and administrative aspects of dining service. Addressing customer service needs. What we're looking for:Must-haves: At least five years of experience coordinating food service operations. Previous experience with fine dining.Excellent communication skills and experience communicating with both hourly staff and company executives. The ability to manage in a diverse environment with a strong focus on client and customer services and satisfaction. Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office suite applications.
