Job Description
Position: Welder / Fabricator
We are seeking a reliable, skilled Welder / Fabricator to join our team. This role includes hands-on welding, fabrication, and general shop support to help complete a wide variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Welding & Fabrication
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Set up and operate welding equipment (MIG, TIG)
- Weld steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
- Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain equipment and work area
- Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently
Shop Support / General Labor
- Operate shop equipment (press brake, saws, grinders, plasma, laser, etc.)
- Assist with material handling and shop organization
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
- Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE
Requirements
- Welding experience required (AWS D1.1 or similar is a plus)
- Strong work ethic and reliability (non-negotiable)
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with shop tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
