Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience working in school settings is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of current best practices in educational assessment and intervention
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educators, students, and families
• Ability to manage caseloads and document services in a timely, organized manner
• Commitment to fostering inclusive and positive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to identify students’ needs and strengths
• Provide evidence-based counseling or interventions individually and in group settings
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop strategies addressing academic, social, or behavioral challenges
• Support the implementation of IEPs and 504 plans, and participate in eligibility determinations
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Deliver crisis intervention and support when necessary
• Maintain accurate, confidential student records in compliance with state and federal regulations
