Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver clinical services to clients within the detox center, addressing their individual needs related to substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities tailored to addiction and mental health treatment, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, encouraging collaborative conversations that promote empowerment and recovery.
\n
• Document client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards while ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Engage in case management activities, which include coordinating services and resources to help clients achieve their personal recovery goals.

• Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations, ensuring adherence to high professional and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus on an eclectic mix of clients dealing with varying degrees of mental illness and emotional distress, predominantly those in withdrawal or recovery from substance use. You will leverage your skills to establish trust and rapport, fostering a therapeutic relationship that empowers clients to take charge of their treatment journey. Your approach will be holistic, considering the diverse backgrounds, cultures, and experiences of your clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated expertise in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis intervention techniques relevant to mental health and addiction services.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefit package that includes:
