Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services both virtually and in community settings to clients battling major mental illnesses and emotional disorders.

• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement meaningful treatment plans and integrated care strategies.

• Conduct routine assessments, and evaluations, and refer clients to additional services when necessary.
\n
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy focused on empowerment and choice, adjusting approaches based on clients' presenting issues.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support during times of distress.
\n
• Monitor and track client progress, ensuring compliance with treatment goals and discharge criteria.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in agency committees aimed at improving service delivery and quality improvement.
\n
• Be available for on-call duties as required, ensuring clients have access to support during and after program hours.

The primary focus of this position is to serve individuals with complex emotional needs and mental health challenges within a detox context. The client population is diverse, representing various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
