Are you a master at organizing schedules, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly? We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Scheduling Coordinator to manage recurring service schedules for our commercial customers.

Our customers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so every schedule requires careful planning, flexibility, and critical thinking. This isn't simply filling time slots - it's strategically placing technicians where they'll be most effective while meeting customer priorities and maximizing route efficiency.

What You'll Do:
Schedule recurring service appointments for commercial customers.
Assign technicians based on experience, certifications, location, and customer requirements.
Optimize daily and weekly routes to minimize travel time and maximize productivity.
Balance recurring work with emergency service requests and changing priorities.
Coordinate directly with customers and field technicians to communicate schedule updates.
Maintain accurate scheduling records using Microsoft Excel and scheduling software.
Work closely with the Operations team to ensure customer commitments are met.

What We're Looking For:
Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required.
Previous scheduling, dispatching, logistics, or service coordination experience preferred.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to think outside the box and solve scheduling challenges creatively.
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to adapt quickly as schedules change throughout the day.
