Production Associate Job Details
Schedule : Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM (3rd Shift)
Pay Rate : $18.00/hr
Location : Lebanon, OH
Production Associate Requirements/Qualifications

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills required.
  
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
  
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
  
• Ability to work in a production environment.
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
  
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  
• Spanish-friendly workplace.
  

• Follow work instructions and customer product specifications.
  
• Assemble parts according to production guidelines.
  
• Apply materials to products as required.
  
• Perform rework and basic finishing tasks.
  
• Prepare products for shipping.
  
• Clean and prepare parts for production processes.
  
• Handle materials safely and responsibly.
  
• Maintain quality standards throughout production.
  
• Keep the workstation clean and organized.
  
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals.
  
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines.
  

• Paid breaks during each shift.
