About the Role The Sales Associate is a key member of our customer service team who will exude energy that is upbeat and contagious, creating a memorable impact on our customers through storytelling and authentic engagement. Responsibilities Know our product inside and out and be the expert in sustainable fashion, product knowledge, and personal style. Provide seamless customer experience between retail stores and ecommerce platforms. Use technology and apps effectively to enhance customer interactions. Communicate effectively across a variety of platforms. Achieve personal sales results and consistently outpace sales and performance goals. Contribute to the brand with purpose and demonstrate advocacy through business. Physical Requirements Available to work during store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to bend, reach, stretch for product and lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs. Comfortable climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods of time.
