Your career opportunity Join Regulatory Compliance Transformation in Poland as a Senior Business Analyst within Global Transformation. You’ll sit at the centre of shaping, delivering and embedding change across priority programmes, partnering with business stakeholders and delivery teams to translate strategy into clear requirements, effective solutions and successful adoption. This is a hands-on leadership role with line management responsibilities, spanning requirements and design through change and implementation management to realise benefits and minimise delivery risk. What you’ll do Manage and execute end-to-end analysis activity across one or more priority projects or programmes with medium to high scope and complexity Lead requirements management, including gathering, documentation, prioritisation and traceability across multiple teams and senior stakeholders Translate business requirements into rigorous, detailed deliverables for delivery partners, challenging and refining requirements and designs where needed Support current state assessments and help translate strategy into target operating models across customers, products and services, organisation, people, process and technology Shape and document targeted benefits for change interventions and contribute to high-level business case development, balancing investment, risk and benefits Lead change management from early change planning and audience analysis through to communications, training, support and organisation alignment Own implementation management, including implementation planning, readiness, pilot activity, deployment control and tracking adoption, feedback and realised benefits Line manage and develop business analyst capability, support resource planning with the Project Management Office and ensure analyst capacity meets pipeline demand What you need to have to succeed in this role Strong functional understanding of Market Risk and Counterparty Credit Risk data and controls, and the ability to apply this in change delivery Strong functional knowledge of risk engines, Monte Carlo simulation, pricing models and risk aggregation Extensive experience delivering change in financial services across business, operations and technology, often across multiple initiatives at once Advanced business analysis and design skills, including requirements elicitation, documentation, prioritisation and traceability Strong change management and implementation management experience, including readiness, rollout planning, adoption tracking and benefit acceleration Proven stakeholder management capability, including facilitating workshops, resolving conflict, influencing decisions and communicating complex topics clearly Demonstrable leadership experience managing teams and resources, including remote and cross-cultural teams, with the ability to motivate and deliver at pace Strong risk and control mindset, with experience working within governance frameworks and ensuring solutions meet legal and regulatory requirements while applying commercial judgement What we offer The pay range for this role is 19275 PLN - 23500 PLN (monthly, gross). Additional car allowance in the amount of 4,786 PLN (monthly, gross). Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
