Workday Business Analyst

Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Requirements Management Manage requirements throughout their lifecycle, ensuring traceability and controlled change management. Process Modeling Model business processes, prepare analytical documentation, and create use cases and user stories. Workshop Facilitation Lead workshops, facilitate discussions, and align stakeholders on business objectives and solutions. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with business users, developers, testers, architects, and UX specialists throughout delivery. Solution Definition Translate business needs into clear technical specifications, acceptance criteria, and implementation scope. Agile Delivery Support Agile delivery by managing product scope, sprint activities, and collaboration across delivery teams. Team Coordination Coordinate analysis activities, share knowledge, mentor team members, and support successful project delivery. Requirements Workday Experience 3+ years of Business Analysis experience with practical knowledge of Workday and professional English (B2/C1). Business Analysis Strong experience in requirements elicitation, business analysis, process modeling, and solution documentation. Requirements Engineering Practical knowledge of user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, business rules, and analytical artifacts. Stakeholder Management Excellent communication skills with experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Analytical Thinking Strong analytical mindset with the ability to challenge requirements and solve complex business problems. Agile Methodologies Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and requirements lifecycle management practices. UX Knowledge Understanding of UX principles, User-Centered Design, wireframing, and customer experience concepts. Leadership Skills Ability to organize work, coordinate teams, estimate activities, and share knowledge across project teams.
