Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly technical Hybrid Business Analyst & Associate Product Owner to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. This role is designed for a professional who operates comfortably at the intersection of Business Analysis, Solution Architecture, Data Integration, and Agile Product Delivery . You will work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and external vendors to transform strategic objectives into scalable technical solutions. A key focus will be supporting the rollout and adoption of a new technology stack, helping standardize and enhance capabilities across global markets. What you will do Translate business and product objectives into detailed user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria Co‑own backlog management, prioritization, and refinement alongside Product Owners and Product Managers Analyze system workflows, data models, integrations, APIs, and technical dependencies Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Development Teams, and vendors to define solution options and support delivery Act as a Proxy Product Owner when required, driving tactical decisions and supporting development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle What we are looking for 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, IT Consultant, or similar role Strong experience working with Solution Architects, System Architects, and software delivery teams Practical knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) Strong technical analysis skills, including system integration, APIs, process flows, and data mapping Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills Perks and benefits (our offer) Comprehensive benefits - enjoy Udemy for Business, private medical care, Multisport card, veterinary package, language lessons, and shopping vouchers.
