This team is focused on delivering meaningful, user centered solutions. If you love uncovering insights, improving user experiences, and challenging the status quo, we’d love to meet you.**In this role, a typical day will include:*** Collaborate with the Product Director and Product Manager to understand product strategy and translate it into clear business and functional requirements for the Auto Scheduler.* Co‐lead requirements‐gathering sessions with Product Manager and act as a subject matter expert (business and technical).* Engage directly with end users and internal stakeholders that represent end users (e.g., sales, service, clinical applications & regional product owners) as a part of requirements gathering.* Translate user needs, market insights, and stakeholder input into **well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria** in JIRA, planned 3 sprints ahead.* Partner with cross-functional teams including Clinic Connect, Shared Services, HDS, RMDS, Legal, and Compliance.* Review and provide feedback on test cases and test runs prepared by Test Leads.* Support early estimation of Epics and Stories with the Product Manager.* Serve as a day‐to‐day contact for Engineering on requirement clarifications.* Support the Product Manager in ensuring team deliverables align with product vision and stakeholder expectations.* Review JIRA ticket demos from Engineering for completeness against requirements.* Prepare and deliver demos to business stakeholders alongside the Product Director and Product Manager.* Work closely with the Product Manager to support backlog prioritization and day‐to‐day decision making.**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:*** Bachelor’s Degree **or** equivalent years of directly related experience.* 2–3 years of experience in a **Business Analyst or product‐related role**.* 2–3 years of experience working on an Agile team.* Experience working with UX/UI teams and understanding of front-end user experience best practices.* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment and independently when needed.* Strong judgment, analytical thinking, and communication skills.* Fluent **English**.**Preferred Requirements:*** Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and support increased product adoption.* Creative mindset with the ability to suggest new ideas and appropriate risks.* Proven ability to collaborate across multiple levels and teams.**HOW YOU CAN THRIVE AT ALCON:*** Very best working environment for our employees – Alcon Polska has been recognized as a Top Employer for the two years in a row* Truly international environment and daily interactions with colleagues and stakeholders from all over the world* Attractive benefits package (private medical care, group insurance, lunch card, transportation allowance, pension plan, Multisport/cultural card, Alcon products for you and your significant other)* Attractive compensation package (including bonus scheme)* **Hybrid work model (3/2/weekly)*** Modern office with a lot of facilities inside located at NewCity building, 15 Marynarska Street, Warsaw #J-18808-Ljbffr
