HR ManagerThe HR Manager is responsible for daily human resources operations including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance tracking, and HR system management while driving automation and AI-enabled employee experience improvements.Position Details:Location: Northbrook, ILSchedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday on-site.Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000Key Responsibilities:Manage onboarding and offboarding processesHandle employee relations and HR support issuesMaintain HR records and compliance documentationAdminister benefits and HR systemsSupport policy implementation and updatesTrack HR metrics and workforce dataSupport employee communication and engagement processesAI & Automation Requirement:Must implement AI-driven onboarding and employee self-service toolsResponsible for automating HR workflows (onboarding, tickets, documentation)Expected to use AI for workforce analytics and reportingMust identify opportunities to reduce administrative HR workload through automation
