Chief of Staff (Executive Office) and VP of Strategy & Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Chief Of Staff (executive Office) And VP Of Strategy & Operations to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a manufacturing environment. Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $320,000 – $400,000 annually Responsibilities Serve as a Chief of Staff to the Executive Office, ensuring high-quality decision-making and communication Lead high-stakes communications, including board materials and external messaging Manage critical meetings and follow-through on commitments to prevent decision stagnation Drive cross-departmental initiatives from definition to outcome delivery Shape enterprise strategy across market expansion and organizational design Provide direct support on high-priority projects for the CEO and CBO Uphold team standards in analytical rigor and communication quality Qualifications 15+ years of experience in management consulting, senior S&O, or Chief of Staff roles at high-growth companies Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous environments Proven team leadership with a focus on team development and performance Ability to influence organizational dynamics and drive decisions without formal authority Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, translating complexity into clarity Demonstrated fluency in AI tools to enhance analysis and team workflows Strong quantitative reasoning skills and commercial judgment Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Company equity participation 401(k) with company matching contributions Unlimited paid time off plus 13 paid holidays Parental leave policy Complimentary the company subscription Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
