- Base Salary: $85,000–$110,000 based on experience and market conditions.
- Bonus Plan: Annual performance bonuses of up to 10%.

- Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize budgets while maintaining quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in construction estimating, ideally within commercial or multifamily sectors.
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Procore, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
