Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a crucial role within our clinical team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions, focusing on shared treatment goals and individual growth.

• Assessing and diagnosing issues such as alcohol abuse, conflicts among family members, grief and loss, as well as adaptation challenges related to separation and divorce.

• Designing and implementing treatment plans that address the needs of families, blended families, and adolescents, ensuring a comprehensive approach to therapy.

• Utilizing telemedicine technologies to provide flexible, accessible care to patients, while also offering in-person sessions as appropriate.

• Documenting progress and outcomes thoroughly in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and internal standards for quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with couples and families, with a focus on individuals facing a variety of challenges, including but not limited to:

• Substance abuse and dependency issues.

• Family dynamics and communication difficulties, including mother/daughter conflicts.

• Adjustment issues related to life changes, such as blended family scenarios or separation/divorce.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
