Lucie connects consumers and brokers to every major individual market plan and a curated menu of ancillary and supplemental products. We’re hiring a Group Product Manager to lead our PM team on the Lucie enrollment platform. This platform is the enrollment infrastructure that powers the broker, consumer, and employer experiences on Lucie. As a Group Product Manager you will lead EDE platform product strategy, partnering closely with Engineering, Data, and Design teams while managing a team of product managers. You'll prioritize the enrollment platform roadmap, balancing initiatives across growth, compliance, usability, and strategic partnerships.You will report into a Director of Product.Work Location: This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-HybridPay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $180,504.00 - $236,911.50 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, company equity grants and annual performance bonuses.Responsibilities:Helping to define the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Lucie Health Marketplace enrollment platform.Partnering closely with stakeholders including cross functional department leaders across the business including Product, Design and Data to define strategy and roadmap.Collaborating with Engineering and Product leadership to make resource trade-off decisions and to ensure teams are working together effectively.Provide recommendations to leadership for product enhancements to improve existing products and for the development of new products. Develop operating models for new products in partnership with leadership.
