Well-known boutique law firm based in Boulder that focuses primarily on real estate and land use law. They are considered one of Colorado’s top niche firms for real estate law with a strong reputation with developers, investors, and municipalities and their attorneys are frequently involved in complex development projects.
Specialties include real estate transactions (commercial and residential); land use & zoning (entitlements, development approvals); construction law; HOA / common interest communities; real estate litigation; water law; and business law tied to real estate.

Qualifications
3+ years of legal experience
Evictions, landlord/tenant, and/or land use experience required
Interest in building and expanding a real estate focused law practice with the firm
