We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative to support customers in Jacksonville, Florida through a Contract assignment. This position focuses on delivering helpful service in both English and Spanish while handling a high volume of customer interactions with professionalism and accuracy. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing phone-based support, entering order details correctly, and providing a positive experience across inbound and outbound communication.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries in English and Spanish through incoming calls while providing clear, courteous, and timely assistance.
• Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, confirm information, and support service completion.
• Enter customer orders and updates into internal systems with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.
• Resolve routine service issues by identifying customer needs, explaining available solutions, and documenting outcomes appropriately.
• Maintain detailed records of conversations, order activity, and next steps to support continuity of service.
• Manage multiple customer interactions efficiently while meeting quality expectations and response timelines.
• Escalate more complex concerns to the appropriate team when additional support or specialized handling is required.• Fluency in both Spanish and English with the ability to communicate clearly in a customer-facing environment.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role handling high-volume phone interactions.
• Working knowledge of order entry processes and accurate data input practices.
• Ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfort using computer systems and customer service tools to document and track interactions.
• Reliable organizational skills and attention to detail when handling customer information and requests.
