Build integrity with every pass
Picture this: you study the print, confirm dimensions with a quick pull of the tape, and choose the right wire and filler for the alloy. Your setup is dialed for production, and your 1G & 3G techniques keep quality consistent from first arc to final cap.
What you will own- Execute FCAW work directly from precise blueprint instructions
- Meet qualification standards by passing 1G & 3G weld tests
- Select wire and filler materials suited to various steel alloys and aluminum
- Verify measurements with accurate tape measure reading before fit-up and after weld
- Design and adjust welding setups optimized for production runs
- Flux-Cored Arc Welder
- Must submit to a criminal background search
