Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses, identifying strengths, challenges, and resources available for support.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to design and implement integrated treatment approaches tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that set clear, achievable goals and measurable outcomes, ensuring ongoing evaluation and adjustment as necessary.

• Facilitate crisis intervention when needed, conducting risk assessments and creating safety plans to aid clients in times of distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that aligns with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring proper record-keeping for all client interactions.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, with performance-based bonuses available.
