Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while you provide essential services to families in need. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will engage in remote consultations, assessments, and therapy sessions, making use of digital platforms designed for telehealth. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients' psychological, emotional, and developmental needs.

• Contribute actively to the formulation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring tailored support that aligns with each family's circumstances.

• Monitor client progress and outcomes by utilizing evidence-based practices and maintaining precise documentation according to regulatory standards.

• Develop and maintain rapport with children, families, and team members to promote a supportive and nurturing environment conducive to healing and development.

• Provide training and resources to families, enabling them to effectively support their child's development, while respecting their values and preferences.

• Embrace and apply the principles of Natural Learning Environment Practices in all family interactions.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations to safeguard the health and safety of all clients and staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Empower Well Therapy, your work will primarily focus on families in the hospice setting, navigating the complexities of care for loved ones at the end of life. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a Doctorate in Social Work (DSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
