- Analyze and aggregate data from multiple sources to develop comprehensive statistical reports and revenue-focused information.
- Define the scope and format of management reports, ensuring revenue data integrity through regular reconciliation and accuracy reviews.
- Provide education to staff on interpreting reporting tools to drive data-driven decision-making and revenue optimization.
- Identify data trends and make actionable recommendations for quality improvement and the standardization of revenue cycle work processes.
- Conduct account reviews and participate in payor escalation meetings to resolve reimbursement issues and secure organizational revenue.
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 2+ years of healthcare billing experience
- 2+ years of data analysis, Insurance experience, Billing background, Billing KPI reporting, Claim Account Reviews, Transplant and NICU billing background
- Medical Billing or Coding license preferred
