AR Specialist / Billing Specialist

Key Responsibilities for the AR Specialist / Billing Specialist:
• Process 50-70 invoices daily across multiple divisions
• Perform cash application and reconcile customer accounts
• Handle credit memos, RMAs, and customer credit applications
• Monitor accounts for non-payment, discrepancies, and delayed payments
• Prepare receivables reports and support billing issue resolution
Qualifications for the AR Specialist / Billing Specialist:
• 5-7 years of AR/billing experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Experience with high-volume invoicing and cash applications
• Bachelor's degree preferred
