Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education
• Valid Special Education Teaching certification
• Experience working with PreK-5th grade students
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills
• Passion for empowering students with diverse needs

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging, differentiated instruction aligned with IEP goals
• Manage a diverse caseload of PreK to 5th-grade students
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
• Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and maintain accurate documentation
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
• Utilize creative strategies to support language and academic development
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress
