What You'll Do

• Perform decontamination of surgical instruments, scopes, and devices
• Assemble instruments across multiple service lines (Trauma, loaners, peel packaging)
• Conduct sterilization using Sterrad and steam process methods
• Handle high-level disinfection and scope processing (HLD) experience preferred
• Maintain sterile storage areas and inventory control
• Collaborate as an OR liaison to ensure timely instrument availability
• Utilize Censitrac tracking system for instrument management

What You Need

• Certification: CBSPD or CRCST (through HSPA)
• 3+ years of sterile processing experience in a trauma or high-volume hospital setting
• Strong knowledge of sterilization, decontamination, and instrument assembly
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to floating as needed
• Excellent attention to detail and team communication skills
