Registered Nurse, CVOR in Utica, NY. Start date 09/21/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. Weekly pay $2,780–$2,945 per week. Shift: 4x10s (10-hour days). Setting: hospital CVOR unit providing adult perioperative care.

Responsibilities
- Deliver perioperative nursing care for adult CVOR patients from preoperative assessment through postoperative recovery, ensuring patient safety and sterile technique
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and circulating staff; monitor intraoperative vital signs and anesthesia equipment; assist with instrument handling and device management
- Prepare, pass instruments, maintain sterile field, perform counts, and administer medications and blood products per protocol
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record (EPIC); track equipment and supply usage in Omnicell
- Support patient transfer and postoperative care planning; float to related units if census requires, per policy

Requirements
- Current New York State RN license
- Associate’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Ability to work in a CVOR/procedural environment; floating to other units if census is low
