Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Support Assistant to support our litigation group. This role is crucial to the smooth functioning of the team and offers a unique opportunity to grow within one of the firm's biggest offices. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the litigation group. Manage and organize legal documents and correspondence. Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments. Handle client communication and follow-ups. Perform data entry and maintain case files. Support the team with various clerical duties as needed. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of legal experience required. Some experience in litigation is helpful. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software.
