THE JOB:

As a Convention-Banquet Sous Chef, you will help bring extraordinary events to life through exceptional culinary execution, creativity, and world-class hospitality. From elegant banquets to high-energy conventions, you will play a vital role in delivering unforgettable dining experiences that impress and inspire every guest. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain quality and proper presentation of food
• Drive the customer relation management system by ensuring that all such orders are handled correctly
• Communicate with chefs, management, employees and guest efficiently with proper reporting, and meetings
• Schedule and maintain the budgeted labor costs as well as potential food cost
• Understand and utilize Stratton Warren system properly for purchasing, release orders and cost transfers

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Passionate culinary leader with 2+ years of experience in high-volume banquet, convention, or restaurant operations
• Strong background in banquet operations, CBA production, hot line execution, and large-scale event culinary preparation
• Flexible and dependable with the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak business periods
• High School Diploma or GED required
