Registered Nurse Case Manager

The Valley Health System

The Valley Health System in Las Vegas is seeking a skilled RN to lead discharge planning and utilization management, ensuring safe, timely transitions for patients. You will collaborate with patients, families and the care team to optimize outcomes and maximize appropriate reimbursement. Qualifications include RN license in Nevada, 3+ years of varied clinical experience with UR/UM preferred, and strong data-management skills.
