Marketing Coordinator

Role Description

The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in executing high-impact marketing programs with precision and consistency. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with proven, hands-on experience managing tradeshows and event logistics end-to-end, which is essential for success.

The Marketing Coordinator will support a wide range of marketing initiatives, including:

• Tradeshow and event execution
• Survey deployment and reporting
• Digital updates
• Asset management

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and brings a meticulous eye for detail across all deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or similar
• 3–5 years of marketing experience with direct, hands-on tradeshow and event logistics management
• Exceptional organizational and detail management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple moving parts, track details accurately, and deliver error-free work
• Proven experience planning and executing corporate events
• Experience managing inventory or marketing assets
• Proven ability to execute satisfaction surveys, monitor performance metrics, and deliver clear, organized, and actionable reports (preferred)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required
• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Illustrator, and experience with content management systems

Requirements

• Lead tradeshow execution
• Manage the full lifecycle of tradeshows and events, including registration, logistics, vendor coordination, shipping, booth setup, budget tracking, and on-site execution readiness
• Coordinate and execute corporate events
• Support planning and execution of internal and external events
• Own marketing project coordination
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Manage surveys and reporting
• Develop Business Forms & Documentation
• Oversee marketing assets and inventory
• Maintain marketing collateral and version control
• Support digital and website updates
• Assist in content development
• Cross-functional support
• Other duties as assigned
