Full-Time Multi-Family LIHTC Property Manager position in Salt Lake City, Utah. The role requires a site-level manager to oversee all operational and financial aspects of an affordable housing community.

Core Requirements

• Experience: Verifiable prior LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) property management experience is strictly required.
• Languages: Spanish speaking is helpful but not required.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, email, and the ability to learn property management software quickly.
• Soft Skills: Professional demeanor, strong oral/written communication, outgoing sales ability, outstanding customer service, and a detail-oriented work ethic.
• Work Style: Ability to multitask and manage projects under stressful conditions.

Primary Duties

• Leasing & Marketing: Renting apartments, internet advertising, and conducting outreach marketing.
• Financials: Collecting and banking rents/fees, and processing payables.
• Operations: Scheduling unit turnovers with vendors and handling resident service requests.
• Property Care: Overseeing and maintaining community common areas to keep them clean and attractive.
• Compliance: Achieving all operational and financial goals while adhering to strict LIHTC program guidelines.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Salary: $50,000 - $52,000 annually

Will be on call for emergencies to coordinate with resident and maintenance staff.
