Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care to patients in a 56-bed emergency department.
• Perform triage assessments and manage patient flow.
• Administer treatments, medications, and conduct diagnostic tests.
• Manage ER holds and coordinate with inpatient RNs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including ED physicians and mid-levels.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Active WA or Compact License required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in larger trauma settings.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PALS or ENPC required.
• Proficient in using Epic EMR system.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
