Customer Success Account Manager

Managing client accounts remotely, the full-time Customer Success Account Manager will deliver high-quality service and customer engagement, addressing client needs and driving retention and revenue growth through consultative support and relationship management. Key responsibilities Manage the full product lifecycle of client projects, from order to invoicing, collaborating with team members and stakeholders Handle a high volume of client communications, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with contractual SLAs while identifying upsell opportunities Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in Salesforce, monitor activity, and support revenue objectives through proactive client outreach Required qualifications College degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred; high school diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience considered Prior experience in a customer-facing or relationship management role Familiarity with Salesforce.com and web-based software; proficiency in Microsoft Suite desired Knowledge of commercial real estate or lender markets is a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
