Mortgage Sales Manager

Leading a small team of high-producing Loan Officers, the full-time remote Mortgage Sales Manager will coach sales performance, establish clear expectations, and create a collaborative environment to enhance the mortgage experience for clients and agents. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop Loan Officers to manage high-volume sales effectively Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement actionable coaching plans Foster a culture of urgency and accountability, ensuring every opportunity is pursued Required qualifications 5+ years of residential mortgage experience, including direct experience with purchase loans 2+ years of experience managing or coaching Loan Officers in a high-production environment Deep knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and NonQM lending guidelines Proven track record of leading teams to meet or exceed sales goals Strong analytical skills to leverage performance data for decision-making
