Senior Real Estate Title Underwriting Counsel

First American’s Agency Division seeks an experienced real‑estate title underwriting attorney to provide underwriting support and guidance on title insurance commitments and policies. You will counsel personnel, agents, and customers and underwrite issuance under delegated authority. Responsibilities include advising on settlement services, issuing guidelines, and collaborating across teams.
