General Production Worker- Pay up to $20.40- IN.

Location: Indianapolis, IN.

Pay: $20.40/hr

Shift: 2/2/3 Rotating Schedule

• 1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Load raw materials and feed wire into production lines
• Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting
• Conduct quality inspections and collect production samples
• Read and follow work orders and specification sheets
• Record production and quality data accurately
• Use forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials and finished products
• Package and prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work 12-hour shifts
• Ability to read, write, and understand English work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Stable work history with good attendance
• Willingness to learn forklift operation and manufacturing processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience
• Machine operation experience
• Forklift or material handling experience
• Quality inspection experience
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience using hand tools and measuring devices

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, IN 46131.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.11 - $23.61/hr.
