We are currently hiring for a Receptionist/ Project Assistant in our Orlando office. This is an In-office position.

Qualifications include:

• Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a litigation team.
• Must possess excellent organization skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to operate well under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Must be highly motivated.
• Must exhibit a positive and professional attitude.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Primarily responsible for scanning documents, copying, faxing, managing the mail of the office, paying some invoices, setting up computers and assembling office furniture from time to time.
• Will act as the receptionist and will be responsible for answering and directing incoming phone calls and managing the front desk
• The project assistant position is extremely important to ensure that the workflow moves properly and that work gets handled in a timely and efficient manner.
• May also be asked to perform other general duties assigned by a Supervisor, Office Manager, Director of Human Resources, and/or the Firm Administrator.
