Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents per physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments; monitor responses and document in the chart
- Conduct routine assessments, update care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- Care for residents with dementia, applying appropriate safety and behavioral support strategies
- Float to other units as needed to support patient care and unit operations
- Participate in holiday coverage (must work 2 of the 4 holidays) and adhere to unit staffing needs

Requirements
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience
- LTC experience required
- Prior travel experience required
- Floating to other units as needed
- Comfortable caring for residents with dementia
- Holiday coverage: must work 2 of the 4 holidays
