Commercial litigation attorney

A boutique business litigation law firm that represents Fortune 500 companies in commercial disputes of all kinds is adding another attorney to their Atlanta team. This is an Equity Partner-track role. This is a firm that is collegial and collaborative, not bureaucratic. They don't take themselves too seriously and they are known for their employee retention. Position requires: (i) active license in GA; (ii) 2+ years of relevant commercial litigation experienct; (iii) excellent academic credentials (law review and top 10% of class). Role is HYBRID with 3-4 days/week in office. Billable hour requirement is 2000 hours. Salary of $215,000 - 335,000 DOE + annual bonus. Includes comprehensive benefits (health, dental and vision insurance; 401K; etc).

Responsibilities

Representation of banks, lenders, servicers and investors in complex business-related and financial services litigation involving all types of disputes.

Defending clients in allegations of violations of consumer protection laws and other commercial or financial services matters in state and federal court.

Commercial litigation matters involving breach of contract, construction defect, statutory violations, and real estate transactions, including claims under the TCPA, FDCPA, TILA, FHA, ECOA, FCRA, RESPA and SCRA and analogous state statutes.
